You may drop off your machine at any time during business hours on the day you booked.
Current estimated service turnaround time is 7-10 working days after the drop-off date (2 Weeks Approximately). An estimate will be provided at the time of drop-off. There is a non-refundable booking fee of $50.00. This amount is applied towards the total repair amount, should you decide to repair your machine with us.
You may drop off your machine at any time during business hours on the day you booked. All machine repairs are done on-site so you must bring your machine into our store. If your machine is not worth fixing, we will advise you before repairs are done.
Please note, the booking fee is non-refundable even if your machine is deemed unrepairable. Some reasons include, but are not limited to:
1. Unavailable parts;
2. Prohibitive cost;
3. Prior tampering or self-repair with the machine; or
4. Severe rust or mold.
Repair rates vary on the models of the sewing machine. We offer a flat rate system starting from $125.00 + parts and tax. We install genuine OEM parts only; we do not accept any third party or customer provided parts. Our service department is staffed by full-time, factory-trained technicians, each with over 30 years of experience to ensure expert service on all makes and models of sewing machines, embroidery machines and sergers/overlock. Our technicians are consistently upgrading their knowledge and skills and are required by the manufactures to be certified to repair and service each new model.
